The items are minimalist, comfortable and answer multiple style dilemmas.
Our clothes are made with high quality materials, organic and exquisite. We strive to create delectable designs to satisfy your hunger for comfortable and creative menswear.
RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your item/s that you received, please first contact us at info(at)blkglow(dot)com to let us know that you wish to return or exchange the item/s.
Item/s must be returned within 14 days of receiving your package, unworn, unaltered and not washed. The item/s must have all original tags attached and intact.
Cost of shipping and handling of returned items are at the sole responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated shipping times
Order processing time is 3-5 business days.
All orders are shipped via ECO post shipping.
North American shipping: 5-7 business days
European shipping: 5-7 business days
Australian, New Zealand and Oceanian shipping: 10-15 business days.
We do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We cannot be responsible for delays due to customs.
F.A.Q.
I see that you used to have this item but it is out of stock. When will you have it again?
We make our collections in limited runs and once we sell out of a collection we move on to the next one. We are unfortunately not able to reproduce sold out items by request. However, we do occasionally revisit older styles, so if there is something you love, let us know and we may look into a new version in the future.
Are you able to do custom sizes?
Sorry, but we are not able to produce items in custom sizes. We produce each item in our collections in the standard S/M/L/XL sizes. The good news is that we work with soft and flexible materials which for the most part give a bit of stretch and can work with most body types. If you’re not sure about which size would suit you best, we always recommend going with the larger size and having it tailored with a local seamstress if necessary.
My customs fees are really high!
Unfortunately we have no control over local customs. It is your responsibility to check what the threshold is for the minimum value of a package that is charged with customs in your country and to see what the charge would be. In most countries packages with values below an advertised threshold will not be charged customs at all.
How do I take care of my BLKGLOW item?
We use unique dye treatments and finishing methods and so we recommend hand-washing or dry-cleaning your new BLKGLOW item
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes of course! We will be happy to gift wrap your items. Please select this option during checkout.
